Emma is our Operations Director, driving business strategy across finance, people and culture, new technology and resource management. Having been with Spey since the early days, she played a key role in shaping the company’s growth and success. Emma led the business through its B Corp accreditation, reinforcing our commitment to purpose-driven work. With specialist knowledge of the drinks sector, she brings valuable industry insight to our clients and team. Under her leadership Spey earned multiple PRCA team and culture awards, reflecting her dedication to building a thriving, high performing workplace.
When not at work you’ll find Emma baking sourdough bread, running around after her two small boys and attempting to learn Gaelic.
