Muckle Media provides PR and marketing support for smart home technology and custom installation company, Customised. Specialising in smart home technology and home cinema installs, founder Kris Gamble approached us to help him increase awareness of the company and to drive the long lead sales pipeline.

Strategy

Muckle Media wanted to increase the awareness of Customised and how smart home technology can be affordable. Muckle Media has built up strong connections at various media outlets; targeting technology, hospitality and architecture publications and regional press to introduce Kris as an expert, offering his knowledge on smart home technology. These key targets would be the most effective way of communicating with Customised’s target market and, in turn, raise awareness of Customised and its message.

Results

Customised has received coverage in a number of titles, including Hidden Wires, Building Magazine and Caterer and Hotelkeeper. Customised founder Kris was also the subject of an ‘A Day in the Life’ feature in Essential Install magazine and his articles are regularly featured in Pro Audio Web Blog and Executive magazine. Kris’ column in Highland business magazine, Executive, is now a regular feature where he discusses the latest technology trends and reviews useful apps.
